For Buyers
Welcome to Vermont Horse Country! We represent both buyers and sellers and the choice is always yours. For buyers who would prefer to have an agent represent their interests while looking for property, we offer buyer's broker services. Traditionally, an agent represents the seller of a listed property. A buyer's broker can show you any property listed by any agency and represent you exclusively in the process. This can take a lot of the stress out of the process as well as saving you valuable time and money. For those who want to work with the seller's representative we also offer traditional services. We can still show you property listed by virtually any agency and we still do our very best to offer you the same high quality services we offer all our clients. We are always happy to research your needs whether acting for the buyer or the seller.
Whatever you need, a peaceful get-away or an elegant retreat, a place to raise your family or a spot to draw the generations together, we have a pretty simple approach, listen to the customer and do our best for them. We will take the time to help you.
Buying property is so exciting! Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that purchase meets your needs. Our experience in this region will help you find the property that best suits you and your family. For your convenience, we also provide listings by email. We pride ourselves on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.
